Who Could Benefit?

 

A 1-day course aimed at those who work in or within property consultancies, software providers, insurance companies and pension funds or private equity real estate funds working in acquisition, real estate analysis, fund management or similar seeking a deeper understanding or in need to refresh their quantitative skills. The course is especially targeted at junior researchers, software providers and real estate analysts with up to 4 years’ of experience who need to improve their knowledge of mathematical finance and statistics.


Modules

Quantitative methods applied to Real Estate



This 1-day course offers 6 hours of CPD and consists of 4 key modules each addressing a different mathematical concept.

In module 1 the course introduces basic math and statistics for business and finance including key measures like standard deviation, covariance, and geometric average. The second module addresses concept of indexing, compounding, present value, DCF. The third module focuses on regression analysis at its applications in real estate analysis, while the fourth module explains probability theory.
